We offer a 30-day refund or exchange. Exchange can only be replaced by same items, unless that item is out of stock at the given time. Buyer needs to pay the shipping fee. We are not responsible for any compatible issues act.
In order to return an item you MUST contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
Your return must include the following:
- Original packaging
- All accessories
- RMA number written on the outside off the shipping box or on the return label. The RMA number must not be written on the manufacturer’s product box.
Basic Return Processing:
If the merchandise is returned on time, in new condition and confirms with the return policy, then a replacement order will be prepared and shipped or the purchase price will be refunded to your account. Please allow up to 10 days from shipment for your return to arrive at our warehouse because the delivery times vary, depending upon the shipper. Your return will be processed by the Returns Warehouse within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
